All prospective residents must be Park Approved. We evaluate every tenancy application in the following manner: You must submit a rental application.  We will then determine if you qualify preliminarily. Each applicant must pay $50.00 non refundable fee. Prospective tenant must have a monthly income of not less than 4x (4 times) the land rent, which is $750.00 and a total debt to gross income ratio of not more than 50%.  Minimum credit score is 650.
