It has come to our attention that Middle Township MUA has hired a new trash collection company to pick up trash and recycling in Middle Township.
Pineland Recycling will not pick up any trash that is not in a container. NO TRASH BAGS WILL BE PICKED UP off the street.
Pineland Recycling also does NOT pick up bulk items. These items will be scheduled and picked up by Middle Township Public Works.

Bulk items will be picked up by Middle Township Public Works.
RESIDENTS ARE PERMITTED TO DISPOSE OF ONE BULK ITEM PER MONTH
ALL RESIDENTS MUST CALL PUBLIC WORKS FOR ITEM TO BE PICKED UP.
All CALL-INS MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OR 24 HOURS BEFORE PICK-UP DATE OR THEY WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.
Items have to be placed by the curb THE NIGHT BEFORE AFTER 5:00 PM or BEFORE 6:00 AM on pickup day.
Bulk pickup will take place during the LAST trash pickup of the month.

Furniture
One Room Size Rug – rolled, cut and tied up. No longer than 4-6 feet including padding.
Household items that DO NOT INCLUDE metal.
Mattress and Box Spring (Together = 1 Item) MUST BE WRAPPED IN PLASTIC.

Pool-The pool season is almost upon us. As always, the pool will open Memorial Day weekend (Saturday) and Full time opening day is June 22, 2026. We are planning some special event weekends and will keep you posted. As a reminder, smoking is not permitted on the pool deck.
Spring Inspections have begun. The following items will be inspected and will be expected to be in good repair, with no rust, or damage. The inspection will include the exterior of your home and Lot. All homes will be required to be power washed before July 1, 2026. Homes should be free of rust, no broken windows or torn screens. Only proper window treatments should be hanging at each window. Blankets, flags, sheets, etc, are not acceptable. Addresses/house numbers are to be on the front of each home and Skirting should be secured, any loose or broken skirting should be repaired or replaced, (must be replaced with vinyl skirting), all doors must close/operate properly. Landscaping must be maintained, leaves picked up and Lawn mowed. Fencing must be in good repair or the fence needs to be removed. New fences must be white or cream vinyl. Sheds are to be free from rust, doors are to be on the hinges and tracks and in good condition. The above is just an example of the Maintenance and upkeep expected by residents based on your Lease Agreements. You will be given 30 days to bring our home up to GWS standards.
The 2 streets in our community are both 1 way streets. Residents do not have permission to drive the “wrong way, or park the wrong way” in the community.
